Course Overview:

Simulation is the paradigm for creating the most value in improving organizational and individual performance. It is well established that adults learn best in a “learn-by-doing” environment. Although simulations have often been used for skill practice, our “Practice Fields” Simulation Continuum takes the concept one step further, making simulation the primary driver of project insights and behavior change across the life of the project processes or initiatives.
